We added the Dokka plugin to all subprojects except for the demo app. For that reason, the 'uiTestUtils' was included in the documentation. This commit changes the approach, and we'll only manually add the plugin to those modules for which we want to generate the documentation.

Remove the release candidates' documentation from the repo.
Also, the
uiTestUtilsmodule is removed from the documentation.Testing Steps
