The output has changed, presumably due to changes in Visual Studio's random number generator.
Use a more recent version of the Catch2 unit testing framework to eliminate the use of rand()
This renaming avoids ambiguity with the access function in unistd.h.
Change made for the sake of cleaner looking code.
Also reduce redundancy between Readme and API documentation
