Various bugfixes, credit given to user Ivyr on my Discord:
- Darkbloom Bard's HLA song now works pre-level 30, backstab now works as intended
- Deathsinger's AC and Saving Throw bonuses on HLA song are switched as intended
- Abettor of Mask's extra use of Use and Item removed, minimum luck damage bonus added, thieving skill bonus increased to +70% total
- Dance gains two more uses of Adrenaline Rush at 8th and 12th level, HLA song now applies Adrenaline Rush to the right targets
- Blade's Improved Spin HLAs now grant the abilities properly upon selection
- Added the Strategist kit
