First implementation

Starting to break the code as it's evolving to it's new version.

This release can take a zoo.xcore conforming myZoo.xmi, applies hand-crafter CSPs for each Cage, and outputs a solution in myZooConfiguration.xmi

A Fork based on this version tests the Opposite CSP.
