Agreements

• Keeping the Glossary updated.
• We have to keep in mind the Context Diagram, as it is a very important part.
• This week we are focusing on the first three parts: introduction and goals, constraints and context & scope.
• Channels to communicate: WhatsApp group, Discord server
• Create an issue, that will be open during the hole course, just to share important information (like links, websites...)

Decisions taken

• Online meeting on Tuesday to be sure everyone understands how the git works and that everyone can modify in the correct way the documentation.
• Keeping the documentation project updated.
• Create a general branch for documentation and another for each topic of the documentation.
• Open an issue for each Arc42 part.
• Divide the work in pairs:

1. Introduction and goals: Adrián and Diego
2. Constraints: Carolina
3. Context & scope: Sara and Laura
