lusrmgr v1.6.3 (x86 / x64 / arm64)

A not so small tech company from Redmond, WA not only wants to retire the venerable WordPad.exe,
but apparently also has serious reservations on the use of local user accounts for Windows.

Consider this re-release of @akruhler 's great tool lusrmgr.exe, a microscopic countermeasure.

BTW if you really are in a rebellious mood, don't just resurrect WordPad,
but start using the mummified WRITE.EXE (16-bit) directly in Windows on ARM (64-bit) instead!
