@khancyr Suggests we explicitly use pip2 to install Python packages to avoid confusion with Python3

only mavproxy and dronekit are missing python3 support but it will come !

and then I'll have to fight with MacOS Sierra to have Python 3.6 running decently :)

that, and the dependencies war.... :)
