Download the Script:
- Download the Import+.jsx file from this repository.

Locate the ScriptUI Panels Folder:
- Mac:
/Applications/Adobe After Effects [version]/Scripts/ScriptUI Panels/
- Windows:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects [version]\Support Files\Scripts\ScriptUI Panels\
- Mac:

Copy the Script:
- Move the downloaded
Import+.jsx
file into theScriptUI Panels
folder.
- Move the downloaded

Restart Adobe After Effects:
- Restart After Effects to load the script.

Access the Script:
- In After Effects, go to
Window > Import+
to open the panel.
- In After Effects, go to
- Open the Import+ Panel (
Window > Import+
). - In the Browse tab, click on:
- Browse and Import Files to select files for import.
- All imported files will be:
- Automatically copied to the
(Footage)
folder in your project directory. - Imported into your project.
- Automatically copied to the
- Click the Organize and Relink Files button in the Browse tab.
- This will:
- Copy all existing imported files in your project to the
(Footage)
folder. - Relink them to their new location.

- Ensure the script is located in the correct directory:
- Mac:
/Applications/Adobe After Effects [version]/Scripts/ScriptUI Panels/
- Windows:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects [version]\Support Files\Scripts\ScriptUI Panels\
- Mac:
- Restart After Effects after copying the script.
- Ensure the correct permissions are set for the
Scripts
directory:sudo chmod -R 755 "/Applications/Adobe After Effects [version]/Scripts"
