+ 1 oignon | ||
+ Ail | ||
+ 100g de champignons marrons | ||
+ Coriandre | ||
+ Sel | ||
+ Sauce Soja | ||
+ 500g de farine | ||
+ 3 œufs | ||
+ 8g de levure | ||
+ huile de sésame | ||
+ 30g de beurre | ||

+ 1 set de cuisson vapeur | ||
+ 1 robot culinaire | ||
+ 2 bols | ||
+ 1 poele | ||

# Préparation | ||
|
||
1. Hacher oignon, ail, champignons et coriandre. | ||
2. Faire revenir l'oignon dans de l'huile de sésame. | ||
3. Ajouter la viande et quand elle est cuite aux 2/3 ajouter ail et champignons. | ||

||
4. Saler, poivrer, ajouter un peu de sauce soja et coriandre. | ||
5. Réserver dans un bol. | ||
6. Dans un autre bol, malaxer la farine et le beurre. Ajouter la levure diluée à l'eau chaude. | ||
7. Ajouter les œufs puis pétrir 10 min et laisser reposer 2h. | ||

8. À l'aide d'une assiette ronde ou autre moule rond, faire des galettes dans la pâte applanie. Les remplir de farces et les replier. | ||

||
9. Cuire 10 minutes à la vapeur. | ||
10. Servir avec une sauce pimentée. | ||
