DSL1 no longer supported starting from Nextflow 22.12.0-edge

Hi,

I was using Nextflow 24.10.0 to run the pipeline. When running submit_pipeline_to_slurm.sh script,I got this error:

Nextflow DSL1 is no longer supported — Update your script to DSL2, or use Nextflow 22.10.x or earlier.

For your reference, in case you want to update the pipeline to support newer version of Nextflow. Here is their guide for migrating from DSL1 to DSL2: https://www.nextflow.io/docs/latest/dsl1.html.

For now, I am rolling back to Nextflow 22.10.8 as the pipeline used. I recommend adding the nextflow version requirement to the README.
