Integration test for Bruker package

User story

As a user, I want to have integration tests for all of the packages in the metadata-mapper to ensure that all the ETLs run as expected. Add integration test for Bruker.

Acceptance criteria

• Given some test bruker data, add it in dedicated directory in devops bucket
• Given test data, add script that creates an MRIEtl with the mounted test data
• Update workflow to run Bruker test script
