1. Reproduce results shown in the paper Integrated intracellular organization and its variations in human iPS cells. This can be done in 3 levels
1.1. All results: this requires downloading the full single cell images dataset. You will need 8Tb of space in disk to store raw and segmented images. Click here if you are interested in this.
1.2. Results that depend on segmentation only: most results require only segmented images. In that case 100Gb of space in disk is required. Click here if you are interested in this.
