[Bug]: When a github token expires, the waiting list screen appears

Describe the bug and reproduction steps

I had my github token expire over the weekend and when I tried to log in to the All Hands app, it said I was on the waiting list, which was confusing.

It would be better if, when a github token was expired the app instead noted the fact that the github token expired, invalidated the old token, and prompted the user to enter a new one.
