By selecting the "Sites" add-on when building a new Demo configuration, your environment will be setup for fully fledged Sites demo, with sample sites and content.

For AEM 6.1 environments, the installation includes:

Latest "Branding Wizard" for quick creation of new demo sites
Latest version of multilingual demo sites
