Use dynamic versioning based on most recent tag upstream of current commit, appending sha if necessary.

Helpful for keeping track of what is actually installed!

To create a tag:

git tag "vX.Y.Z"
git push origin "vX.Y.Z"


          switch to dynamic versioning
