  • Shared action doesn't have default values, and gh secrets/vars don't support empty values. Can you just set the value to "" then, or does that get escaped?
  • Instead of having a list of hype deployments inside each action, can you make them all environment secrets/variables? So you fork the logic of the repo, but then setup unique environments for the specific deployments you're in charge of.
  • Is there a IAM user defined in cloudformation, to make the GH deployment use?
  • Once deployed, what's the best way to verify/test it?
