The ARBOR project is an open research collaboration to analyze the reasoning behavior of generative AI models.
The Wiki is meant for community members to contribute their findings and to track our progress. Anyone can contribute to our Wiki - it is meant to be self-organizing and we hope to see it evolve organically!
Some starting points:
- People participating in the project.
- Suggested Approach Our thoughts on how to approach research on reasoning models.
- Observations index page: if you have an interesting observation, add it here. Or browse the page to look for ideas that might turn into full-fledged research questions.
- Interesting Reasoning Trace Examples: If you have a weird example of reasoning output, document it here.
- Annotated Bibliography of relevant papers.
Also:
- We track projects in the Discussion section. Please browse through this list to get a sense of ongoing work, and find projects you might potentially want to join.
