  • If the reserving party is more than 15 minutes late, they forfeit the reservation
  • Rooms cannot be booked for days or times when the library is not open

Meeting rooms

  • Free of charge
  • Non-commercial/Non profit
  • designed to meet informational, educational, cultural and civic needs
  • Ideal for discussion groups, panels, lectures
  • A/V technology?
  • Likely to book the same rooms again (can alternate between two locations if one is unavailable, but likely also because rooms can be limited per location for branches)
  • Reservations may be made up to 90 days in advance
  • To provide an opportunity for all groups to use the meeting rooms, a group may reserve one meeting room up to 3 times in a rolling 90 day period
  • If booking less than 3 days in advance, contact the bracnh directly
  • Rooms cannot be booked for days or times when the library is not open (varies by branch)
