udocker-based pipeline

The reduction and analysis pipeline is now executed using udocker containers.

HCG 16 pipeline: Updated portability

The output of this version is equivalent to v1.0.0, but the version of miniconda is now fixed (in addition to the python packages) to ensure longer term portability.

Pipeline for accepted version of HCG 16 paper

This version of the HCG 16 pipeline corresponds to the version of the paper when it was accepted for publication in Astronomy & Astrophysics. A pre-print of the paper can be found on the arXiv.
