Readme istructions commands

In the readme file, they are provided the instructions on how to use forest. Well, there, there are commands where the options are specified with '--' before, like --init.

Also compared with the repo hhcm-forest here, this seems wrong. In particular, there should not be '--'.

In fact, if I run with '--', the command is not recognized. Otherwise, it works properly.
