v1.0.0: Stable archive for the first-generation judger

After about 2 years of debugging and testing with no version control at all, we decide to release the first stable version of ACMOJ which supports https://acm.sjtu.edu.cn/OnlineJudge/ and all the relevant functions. ACMOJ v1 was used during 2020 Fall and 2022 Summer, originating from ACM Class 2019.
In 2022, the maintenance of ACMOJ was handed down to ACM Class 2020, and ACM Class 2021 was involved in development. Since we are expecting major architecture adjustment for judging service in no time, we make an archive for this.
**Please notice that there will be absolutely no functionality updates for v1. Only urgent patches will be released (if any) before the release of v2. **
