Adopting NDA's new QC instrument

The NDA's new QC instrument, abcd_fastqc01, has been released and is usable. We have updated this repository to accommodate the available spreadsheet rather than the internal spreadsheet for QC.

Note: this release breaks backward compatibility due to the use of a new spreadsheet. Please discard old versions of this repository and use this one.

Removal of unneeded files from root of repository.

There was an accidental retention of unneeded files on merge. This version fixes that.
