Features

#1 Adds an example implementation to demonstrate rt-mbms-mw usage without the rt-mbms-modem part. We use ffmpeg to create a DASH or HLS live stream from a VoD file. The manifest files and segments are written to a watchfolder and send via rt-libflute as a multicast to the rt-mbms-mw for further processing. rt-wui or a plain dash.js/hls.js/Type 1 Safari can be used for playback.

This enables debugging and running the rt-mbms-mw without the need for a 5G broadcast or pre-recorded sample file and rt-mbms-modem.
