 With this release we fix an error with the attributes `h_dak_min `, `h_dak_50p`, `h_dak_70p`, `h_dak_max` in the GPKG and WFS formats. In 3DBAG version 2023.06.22 the values of these attributes were off by 15 meters. This is fixed in this release.
