The npm package wasn't named like the pypi package, it was named
jupyterlab-launcher-shortcutsand notjupyter_launcher_shortcuts. This showed itself as permission errors when publishing, as i hadn't setup permissions to push to something other thanjupyterlab-launcher-shortcuts.
