Update markdown files & remove report-uri usage #61

In this PR, I've:

Made grammatical changes to the markdown files
Rephrased the privacy page to better adhere to the GDPR regulations.
Changed the post address for the org in /companies.
Removed Report URI from the CSP as their free tier doesn't offer the contracts required for GDPR compliance.
