This time I am doing Vietnamese translation of Zictionary...
Uhh, not only for Zictionary, I will update some part of GUI's translation

NOTE

I have made some changes related to Zictionary, including:

  1. Group system, for simply explanation, if you are reading an article on Wikipedia, on the left of the screen you will see an index, or table of contents. Also I can organize items to Zictionary better and may helpful when reading all Zictionary (at least you will not be confused or misunderstand this with that)

  1. Tweaked behaivor of search function:
    • I disable "priority the best match" thing when viewing Zictionary in Vietnamese. But when viewing in other languages, the search function still priority the best match so you don't need to worry
    • Added "search the item with keywords in lowercase" (I may removed this if I can transform all keywords to lowercase, also it takes more time to search than normal)
  2. A change in "Tetris (N3TWORK)" item: add some recently information about transferring copyright...

Todo list

  • Finish the Zictionary's translation
  • Rewrite all the keywords (temporarily is enough to search)
  • Make index for Zictionary (on paper + apply to Zictionary)
  • Make an 17th group, named "Appendix"
  • Move extra info in the 6th group to 17th group... (tạo một nhóm con trong nhóm thứ 17 để chứa các thông tin bổ sung)
  • Translate the manual
  • Update GUI's translation
  • Fix font's issues
  • Sync some strings from Vietnamese translation of Zictionary #903 to [PROOFREADING IS IN THE PROGRESS] Vietnamese translation  Techmino_Galaxy#24
  • Revert changes to workflow file (when this PR is ready to merge)

Optional

  • Add Techmino CopyPasta (both version of (@)Not-A-Normal-Robot and (@)reggyxt into 17th group. For what? For fun... (Hidden by default) REMOVED

Sorry @Not-A-Normal-Robot but I have to request you to review again since I have some changes from the last update ;-;
And just want to make sure that I don't break things too much

Off-topic: I don't want to have "embrassing" moment because of bad mistakes in translation

just one more thing and i think it should be fine for merging. note that i haven't checked your vietnamese translation at all since, well, i don't speak vietnamese. so if you made a translation error, it's not my fault for not checking it /shrug

@MrZ626 Ready to be merged, but you should only merge at D02/M07/Y2023 (3 days for reviewing the translation ;-;)
If there are any changes when this PR is ready to merge I will notify you on Discord instead :)

Is the font change reviewed by @C29H25N3O5 ? I think we may want to make sure the font is consistent on different letters...

Also don't forget to close #630 because it was completed
