The files added to be ignored contain the `/v2` in the links due to the Terraform provider being at v2. That would cause the links to break. Therefore, we ignore the files so that the release succeeds with the manual changes.

This PR does the migration so that pulumi providers can be made from a Terraform provider built on top of terraform-plugin-framework instead of terraform-plugin-sdk, because the latest 1Password Terraform provider uses the terraform plugin framework now.
We used the guide: How to Upgrade a Bridged Provider to Plugin Framework to make the the migration.
It also updates the
lintpipeline.
