This month was spent more on planning and starting work on issues so there not alot in this release

January 2023 Release
Highlights from January include a drafted content vision statement and added detail recruiting from diverse audiences. Added syncing for 18F UX Guide and 18F Method Card repos for consistency and clarity for the team working on both.

- Automatic syncing for issue templates, labels as well as wiki pages that are identical between UX Guide and Method Card repos

December 2022 Release
This is the first release after the 18F UX Guide and 18F Methods started working as a combined effort for sharing 18F design and research practices.
Added
- Published all pages on ux-guide.18f.gov instead of linking some pages to GitHub
- Added a CI/CD step to verify that all links to other parts of the guide are correct
- Automated Syncing labels between the 18F UX Guide and 18F Methods

- Updated the ReadMe to include docker instructions
- Updated page meta descriptions to be unique for all pages of the guide
- Migrated from Federalist to cloud.gov pages
