[FEATURE] Désafficher la bannière d'ouverture du niveau 7 (PIX-14495). #10246

🦄 Problème

L’ouverture du niveau 7 est indiquée depuis 1 an.
Il est temps de clean cette actualité qui n’en est plus une.

🤖 Proposition

Coté utilisateurs
Enlever la bannière niveau 7.

Côté api
Enlever la colonne en BDD et le code métier lié à hasSeenLevelSevenInfo.

💯 Pour tester

  • Vérifier que la bannière ne s'affiche plus
  • Tests verts ✅
