Does not work on/sometimes crashes gnome-shell 3.30 #226

The extension sometimes crashes gnome-shell 3.30 and does not work at all.
The attached patch fixes it, you can add it to your local repo with git am <filename>.
File-ending is txt. because github does not allow patch-files directly.
