A mending attachment for DSU, like KV have in hes [KV] Change Dresser mod

This is a very old request i got from our dear artist which asked if we could that, also been asked a few times in comments on steam.

Idea is a attachment installed on DSU as a linkable which will slowly repair inside clothing and or weapons, (might be 2 different attachments)

I dont know if making a patch and just use [KV] Change Dresser if installed, or its something we should implement into prf or how to do it.
its properly also something DS could benefit from as a option or atleast as a addon ;) @lilwhitemouse

should properly also be fueled or something to not totally ruin balance about free mending :p

oh and it ofc resolve issue we have with assemblers not being compatible with mending mod =)
