Rewrite of yaleman's Amber Electric price extractor. Uses a non-publicly-documented unofficial Amber Electric API (with permission), noting that this may be deprecated in future.
Update amber.py with your postcode / network provider and run it to display current rates for both usage and feed-in (including GST).
