Opening Micro

Do I have to access the Micro location from the CMD everytime to use 'micro' or is there an easier way to quick start on windows.

You should be able to put micro on your PATH to be able to run it from anywhere. Either add a new folder to the PATH environment variable (%PATH%), or put it in one of the folders already on it. I'm not very familiar with Windows, so I would suggest looking up how to modify your windows PATH, and what folders are on it by default.
