This module should add an extension to support the Powershell SecretManagement.

I'd be happy to write it as a PR for HacktoberFest if you're willing to review!

That would be awesome, I've been thinking about this myself, as I've been following the development of the SecretManagement and SecretStore support. In a way, I'm glad nothing has been done yet, since the API has changed quite a bit a few times, but I think it's pby stable enough to get started.

I'd be happy to review!
