Although it may end up being an ineffective communication, writing this letter still makes me feel honored. Even if I searched the entire GitHub, I couldn't find any code related to my needs until I saw your page. I hope to capture the trajectory of the elastic film in motion during the experiment using a high-speed camera and reconstruct dynamic information such as the force or strain energy acting on the film. I noticed some similarities with your code, but I don't know where to start, how to learn and achieve my goals in a targeted manner.
