Clean up or archive/delete game bots

The "chess" and "merels" bots have a lot of code, but we don't really have any community around them, so it's questionable whether we should maintain them. If you're interested in this ticket, you might want to try running the bots on czo and see if folks enjoy playing the games and determine whether any bugs are worth fixing. If the bots aren't worth the upkeep, we should make a decision to delete them.

We're a bit more invested in the "tictactoe" bot, but it's also a candidate for cleanup. For example, we could remove the "computer_move" capability to make it a quicker read. And we should use storage to make it more robust (plus it would be a nice example for how to use that API).
