Enhance UI/UX for Zowe Explorer Webviews

After the integration of webviews in to Zowe Explorer, providing new features like editing attributes and managing history data, we want to enhance the expierience as well as provide an easier way to contribute to these webviews (and future webviews) by providing the follow tasks:
