Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

A Zowe Explorer user might want to add or remove from the history of submitted commands when using one of the "Issue Command" features (MVS, TSO, Unix). We do not currently show the recent commands in the "Edit History" webview.

Describe the solution you'd like

A new section in the "Edit History" webview for listing and updating the recently-used commands.
