Config Convert enhancements

With the ability to convert v1 profiles to a team config now on the next branch, here is a list of possible enhancements and documentation we would like to add to build on the experience. The ZE restart item in tasklist may just need investigating, the config file watcher should kick off restart when new config created.

1. Document how to revert the conversion
2. Share location of old profiles in msg that has new location of config
3. Link to documentation to stay on last major version to support v1 profiles
4. Add UI to delete profile-old dir after conversion
5. Kick off ZE restart after conversion
6. Add steps and SS to ZE README for v1 profiles found in v3
