zowe SDK list all members

Hi, when using the list dataset example for listing the attributes of a PO Member we noted that the object values do not contain, the last edit date(and differ from the cli):

result.apiResponse.items[0]

While the cli response with "mtime" and "msec", this information is missing when using the SDK.

We need to get the modification date of the PO Member to know if it needs to be updated (we used powershell, but want to do it in a vscode extension).
