How do we justify steering everyone to use a service with terms like this?
I suggest all engine providers with customer noncompete be removed, because they are incompatible with the MIT license. Lack of attention to detail on this matter could lead to lawsuits against users and maintainers. I know Anthropic also has such a term. Might not want to make the default usage examples produce output people cannot use for any reason (aka, remove all OpenAI or Anthropic or Microsoft examples and carefully check other engines' licenses)
