Current launch file with synchronization function: camera_sync.launch (NOT camera.launch!)
To see whether exposure time works, you have two way:
Try to change the exposure time in rqt_reconfigure after setting auto_expoure mode to 'Off' (the same for gain and grey level).
Use ROS Diagnostics (http://wiki.ros.org/diagnostics/Tutorials) to see the actually values of exposure time, gain and grey level (already added). For short, see output of topic: /diagnostics.
