You mentioned that you are using a brain graph, so I assumed you were using only EEG signals. However, in your code, you used other signals to construct the graph. Could you please explain this discrepancy?

This work follows the data setup of GraphSleepNet. The core of both two methods is designed for EEG signals, but other physiological signals are also helpful for sleep staging tasks, and the methods are compatible to model the relationship between different signals, so we also utilized these signals in our experiments. It is worth noting that since the EEG is the "gold standard" for sleep staging, we consider these signals to only assist the EEG for interpretation.
