I think this is a lot of extra work introduced by zigpy/zigpy#1205, which is used only for the database.

I think this is a lot of extra work introduced by zigpy/zigpy#1205, which is used only for the database.

I was thinking maybe this could allow us to prevent devices that flood the network (like the Tuya presence stuff) from overwhelming the application as well. Like throttling the events we emit based on some delta in timestamps. If we don't think it's worth it I can def drop this :)
