jieba导入的外部词典本来就是精确匹配时用到的，那么分词的时候可能会把一个疾病名称分成了几部分，比如知识图谱中有疾病为小儿面部红斑侏儒综合征，但我输入面部红斑侏儒综合征，分词为面部+红斑+侏儒+综合征，这么做还有意义吗
