This is a test for User Defined Layer implementation for SNPE-1.31.0.522.
There are two udl called mycustomscale layers in .prototxt. The .dlc file is SNPE model.
I think the .dlc file is wrong so I am not sure whether SNPE-1.31.0.522 has some bug or not.
