Create Skeleton Application

Make it easy for every PHP developer to start creating a ZF-CLI application.

• Create boilerplate code
• Add simple getting started example(s)
• Add phar support (pack your app in a single stand-alone file).
• Documentation: Add an article or short tutorial.

I'm on holiday at the moment @slaff, but I am hoping to spend a few hours
on my todo list later so I'll give it a quick look when possible. Just to

3 years later and I think the skeleton would still be a good idea. I took a look at it and made some updates located at: https://github.com/kelsey9649/ZendCliSkeleton. A PR has been opened to @slaff 's repo.
