Reduce gas fee for BNB chain

You've recently reduced the gas fee, which is a step in the right direction, but it's still quite high, especially when considering the daily limit of 0.3 BNB of faucet.

With this higher gas fee on the BNB chain cross on the testnet, it only allows for 6 tests to be conducted within that limit.
