Use Appendix environment for code in footnote.

Hello,

latex-template provides an environment Appendix to manage code in footnote. The content of the footnote is the argument of \footnote, with the content to set in appendix between \begin{Appendix} and \end{Appendix}.

On peut avoir des notes de bas de page avec du code
\footnote{Exemple de note
\begin{Appendix}
\begin{CodeBlock}{latex}
% Code
\end{CodeBlock}
\end{Appendix}
où il y a du code
}
ou des tableaux
